My brother, never. My sister and I try to have a late after work dinner/drinks at least once a month. Although, now her drinking will be cut off because she is pregnant.
Rarely. We live 12 hrs apart and even if that wasn't an issue we're very different. We like and love each other, but we don't have a lot of shared interests.
Not as often as I'd like to, about once every 6 weeks-2 months (and that's with sisters plural at one time). I live 2.5 hours away from all but one (and she's in MO). I'll see them all this weekend for a belated Easter celebration plus one sister is in L&D as I type! I have a niece or nephew on their way!
Absolutely never. We would have nothing to talk about and I don't really like him as a person. I hang out with H's sisters one on one all the time though. That probably doesn't count.

I picked rarely...as in maaaaaaaaybe once a year. He is good friends with my H, so he comes over all the time, but we really don't spend any one-on-one time together. We don't have a lot in common. H is much closer to him than I am. I do hang out with H's sister by ourselves occasionally.
My sister: If we lived closer, it would be more often. My brother is still an undergrad, so as sad as it is, we live in the same town but never see each other. I think if he were a little older, and not as wrapped up in the undergrad experience, we would hang out more.
Not very often. We just lead very different lives. I am married and have kids, while she is single with no attachments. We try to see a movie together once in a while and we see each other at our mom's weekly dinners.
One of my brothers and my sister both live within a mile of me, so I see them very often. My brother is 1.5 years younger than me and my sister is 10.5 years younger than me. Our relationships have different dynamics, but I see them both at least once a week, usually more.
I voted "sometimes" but only because we don't live near each other. if we lived in the same town, probably most weekends, or lunches, or random movies, etc. I love my sisters. my youngest sister loves football as much as me, and we'll go to football games together, even without my H. we try to plan "sister date nights" every few months without family, kids, etc.
