Really? I feel like I always get the patients whose moms are nurses and you can just feel the eyes. Judging, judging, always judging.

Not all workplaces are like this!! I've definitely worked in places like this, and it sucked, huge. Where I work now, nurses are encouraging to each other, and help. Instead of bitch.

That's how my unit is too. I try to remind myself that I just need to suck it up and deal a little longer and then I'll be "more senior," but damn if those bitches don't make me cranky.
