It's my favorite Krakauer book. I couldn't put it down!

Also it's being directed by Ron Howard, and adapted for the screen by Dustin Lance Black! They keep stalling in development but I think it will be really good.

This is me, exactly: I've forgotten a lot of the details, but I do remember reading it pretty quickly...really interesting stuff. (Plus I love Jon Krakauer's writing, so there's that...)

ETA: Ha! Just read the rest of the responses...guess my Krakauer fan-dom is...unoriginal?

I liked it. Disturbing but well researched and his sympathy for the mormons, joined with his obvious disdain for religion, was really interesting to read. I liked that he clearly separated flds and lds.
