It is possible. My friend got a whole mess of stretch marks when she was pregnant one day after her due date. If she would have delivered on time she would have been stretch mark free! They just appeared one day.

But I take inhaled corticosteriods, tooooo! I'm already convinced they're making me fat, especially in my face.  Sigh.
