and stupid, because I feel the best way to lose weight and to keep it off, is to eat what you want, but in moderation and exercise. This person on Facebook thinks this. They do Whole30 and told me that's the healthy way to do it and I'm stupid when it comes to nutrition. They also think WW is a joke.
I've never tried WW, but I know it works for a lot of people. I calorie count, which is basically the same. I just don't think most people can cut out certain food groups for the rest of their lives. Yes, Whole30 may work for a few years, but 40?
