What brand and/or type do you have? I'm looking for 2 chairs and a small table for the front porch. We get a lot of wind in the front, so it needs to be sturdy. I'd also like a rocker/swivel. Better Homes and Gardens seems to be good.

What style are you looking for? You may have great luck trolling craigslist, antique malls or flea markets, if you're into vintage/retro/classic looking furniture. Our local antique mall always has great patio furniture at really reasonable prices.

i've been looking for a set too. the one i have my heart set on is from macys but is 2000 on sale right now. not sure if i should spend that much just on patio furntiture.
i found a cheaper set at walmart that is cute. i might get this instead but it looks a bit small so i am still not sure.
We have a Martha Stewart glass-topped table and 6 chairs. I had read that you should coat the metal with car wax at the start and end of each season and I did not so our set is looking kind of bad- the chairs worse than the table. The paint is chipping and the metal underneath rusting. This furniture is 10 years old though. They have big cushions that I want to replace but back and seat cushions for 6 chairs can be pricey and they need to be the thick cushions.
I have a friend who picked up about an $2800 set on craig's list for $250. The original owners were moving, couldn't sell it and kept dropping the price. This was a 10 piece set and it is gorgeous, round table, 5 chairs. 2 larger easy chairs, small table, and a 2 seat glider thing. Really well made.
We got ours at Target but I don't think they have anything with a rocker or swivel. I second the suggestion for the Martha Stewart collection at Home Depot.
I have had the Martha Stewart set at Home Depot for four years now. (Colorado extreme weather) It still looks really great and I haven't done anything to it. We did lose the glass in a windstorm though (damn umbrella) so I need to replace the table since it's probably cheaper to do than the glass.

We have a set from JCP. Has held up really well. My mom has had 2 different Martha Stewart sets and both have really held up well (her first set (at least 10 years old) is still going strong and now resides at my brother's hours).
