What the actual fuck. I've been riding my whole life and any instructor worth a sneeze would easily be able to help someone- even a larger person- onto a horse in about 5 minutes without a stool. This is, like, basic. I'm horrified for your friend that this person allowed this to happen. Hopefully she didnt pay them! Was it some random person with a horse in their backyard who offered "lessons"??

And I'm also WTFing at the third testicle and the horse getting "excited". Again, NOT things a real instructor would say! OMG!
