Oh this is a totally new billboard.  I love it and the puppy store has picketers (SP??) every weekend supporting adopting.  It makes me happy

Love it! I can't stand puppy stores, and don't understand why they're still in business. The puppies always look miserable and sad. Arg, I'm getting all worked up about it just thinking about them.

Smart placement. I think a graphic puppy mill picture would have been more effective, though.

It took me a moment to notice that it was right outside a puppy store. Nice.
