I wouldn't go. Gifts are the norm in b-parties in my circle, plus it's the norm for all the guests to split the cost of the bride's dinner, drinks, whatever. No way would I give a gift plus chip in for her if she can't even invite me to her wedding.
I invited people to my bachelorette party who weren't invited to my wedding. Well, technically my friend did since she threw the party. I had a really small destination wedding and lots of people weren't invited. No one gave me presents, though. And I didn't have a bridal shower. THAT would have been tacky!
