hahaha. Glad your kitty is okay! My fat cat is always trying to get in the fridge when I open it; I've thought about just leaving him in there a few times but he'd just eat all the food.
Aww don't worry, you're not alone. This happened to one of my cats when I was a kid. She was dumb and hopped into the fridge when I was getting something out and didn't notice her. Thankfully my brother went to get something about 15 minutes later and she came out. She was fine. Kittens are assholes.

Eek! Glad she's okay. This sounds like something my cat would do (that's right- cat, not kitten). I can't remember whether I posted about this or not, but a few weeks ago she opened a kitchen drawer and squeezed behind it. The space next to the drawers is inaccessible (to humans, that is) and she sat back there for a few hours before I noticed she was missing.
LMAO!!! My kitten jumps in the fridge every.fucking.time I open it. I've even left her in there for a couple minutes to try and teach her that she doesn't want to be in there... Nope, she's just curled up happy as can be looking at me like 'what?' when I open it.
Kittens are cute for a reason. They're a pain in the ass. lol

My fat cat got her fat cat paw stuck under the corner of our fridge once. He was chasing a toy so he was laying on his side with his paw stretched out and stuck under the fridge. I was home alone and tried and tried and could not release the paw. We lived in an apartment complex so I had to knock on our random neighbors door and ask for help. She graciously came over to help and neither of us could release the paw or lift or move the fridge at all. It was completely ridiculous. We ended up knocking on another neighbors door and it was a big burly man. He lifted the fridge about 1 inch and the paw came out. Fat cat just strolled away like no big deal.

For a second, the following subject lines were in this order:
OMGF, MY KITTEN WAS IN THE FRIDGE FOR 4.5 HOURS ZOMG, What should I do? How the hell does something like this happen? Don't know what to do - getting panicky OK, so, Grumpy Cat?
