I think it would be good. I don't like bananas and milk chocolate, but white chocolate is basically just sweetened wax so it would be fine.

I've done that before and I found that my white chips melted into the bread. So you couldn't even see them when you cut into it. Boo. Peanut butter chips sounds amazing in banana bread.

See I would make plain banana bread and then save the chips to be eaten alone.

If youre that committed to the chips, you could make sugar cookies with the chips inside.

If you have raspberry jam, you could make thumbpress cookies with jam, and then melt/drizzle the chocolate over top.

Since they aren't real chocolate, they don't hold up in banana bread like chocolate chips do.

BUT REALLY, it's fucking amazing.  I made it once as a sheet cake for a block party.  I've also had it like this.  It's incredible all ways.

I love both of them but I do not think it would be great together
