I'm wearing a wrap dress, and the "split" part is like, right in front. So If I'm sitting at my desk the sides of the dress fall around my legs.  Does that make sense?  So if I'm sitting and turn in my chair, the sides fall and expose most of my upper thigh and if I'm not really careful, my polka dot underwear covering my lady bits.

No, it's not. It's just the way the "wraps" fall when I sit.

Oh. I thought you meant the split is in front when you're standing.

Time to lay a crocheted afghan over your lap like an old lady then!

You need to get some double sided body tape and either tape the inner part to your leg or the outer part to the fabric beneath it.

I had one blow completely open as I walked down the street before. Oops! I just causally reattached and kept moving!

It is!  This is the first time I've worn it to work.  I wore it a couple of other times but at parties where I wasn't sitting, so it wasn't noticible.
