Or maybe Property Virgins. LOL! Not literally, but it feels like it! So our house went on the market on Monday afternoons and we've already had 4 showings. The first two showings gave feedback, which was basically that the house had great curb appeal, the price seems right, and it's in good condition. But. "Buyer was not impressed with boxes and packing supplies. Felt cluttered."
Um, yeah. The agents are all given the note for the showings that the tenants are packing because they're moving, so please explain to buyers that there will be some boxes. And, um, the boxes dont come with the house? Derp.
ETA, it's a house that we own but dont live in, and have been renting out for several years. And, our tenants are wonderful and keep the house very clean and tidy. Except for, you know, the boxes in which they're packing all of their worldly possessions.
Thanks for the feedback Captain Obvious! Selling a house is stressful, sorry about the unrealistic buyers and their weird agents who are actually relaying their stupid feedback.
