I have to go to a "thing" tonight

And all I really want to do is stay home in my pjs and read.  And my H kind of railroaded me into going, so I think an appropriate reaction would be to drag his ass out of bed at 5 with me when Henry wakes up, right?  (I usually do mornings with him because I am an early riser anyway, but not when I've been up until midnight the night before).

and also, my ILs are watching Henry, but they won't come here? WHHhhy? I realize I'm just whining now, but wouldn't it be so much easier (for me, obviously) if they could put him down in his own bed?
