Bwahahahahaha. No, I didn't get arrested. I left for Gnome's house on Friday afternoon, but I practically had a meltdown because I was running later than intended. Me + coffee + things not going according to schedule= unhappy/slightly crazy bio.

We ran our 20 mile run on Saturday. My bff Liz and I ran with Gnome's DH for part of our run, while Gnome rode her bike. Despite applying sunscreen, I am horrifically burned. I'm pretty sure that there will be blisters. I am religiously applying aloe with lidocaine and I'm just now starting to get ouchy. My bff applied my sunscreen (it's a spray-on) and I applied hers. I'd like to note that she was not sunburnt a bit. Ahem. I think there was an application failure.

We didn't take any pics together, but here's a pic of my yarn haul and of my sunburn. That's all I've got lol.





It drives me insane that I have unburnt white spots. I look like a broken leopard. The back of my neck and my chest are the worst spots.

OH! Ouch! That looks really painful. I am terrified of using spray sunscreen because I am sure I will go up in flames. Feel better soon.

Yay for an awesome trip and a great yarn haul. Ick on the sunburn. I hope the aloe keeps most of the pain away.

I am very good friends with aloe containing lidocaine. Ibuprofen is my buddy too.
