I just came here to report the same thing. When on my phone and on the regular site in Safari, I will type my log in info, but then when I hit submit, it just goes right back to asking me to log in.
I also just downloaded the app, and when I try to log in there, it says "Permission Error: Security error, you may not have permission to access".
Up until now, I've been logging in and out on Safari on my phone with no problem. I do not have any issues logging in on my PC.

It looks like there are a lot of people having this problem on the support board & they don't know the solution. Can you guys log in on wifi? It seems to be a problem with 3G/4G & the app.
I'm so glad I checked here. I've been having the same trouble. But my phone will log in with Safari when I'm connected to WiFi. I only use 3G/4G when I'm at work, but once I'm home on my WiFi it's not a problem at all.

No idea, they say the developers are working on it. Their advice is to uninstall & reinstall, but people are reporting that that isn't helping. Most people aren't having any problems at all but some are & I don't think they know why yet.

If any of you guys are still watching this thread, I just wanted to give an update. They seem to only be having this issue with people who are on AT&T 3G and who live in the northeast. The problem seems to be something with AT&T's network and they are working together to try to figure out what it is. In the meantime, if you want to help them troubleshoot, you can give them some info here (you'll have to create an account on the support board):

Definitely let them know! I think they think the problem is only in the NE because everyone who has reported it so far has been from the NE.
Ellie, can you please let the powers that be know that I still have the problem with the App. I've seen others complain about it as well. I know it's fixable because I used to be able to use the App no problem.

They updated today to say they verified the problem & are working on a fix. So hopefully soon! He said once they fix it & send in the update it will take about a week for Apple to verify it & add it to the app store.
