Papa Sonrisa passed away in January, 2012.  He was not a US citizen at the time of his death. He has not acquired US citizenship in the interim. Therefore he is still ineligible for jury service. He is unlikely to acquire such citizenship next year.  Feel free to discontinue your 20 year crusade of mailing useless notices. Thank you.

Honestly, I couldn't help but laugh it's so ridiculous. For two decades he wrote polite letters explaining why he couldn't serve. And yet the notices came every year. I checked the "I am not a USC" box, then drew an extra check box saying "I am deceased."
