anyway, happy sunday! it's raining and gloomy and i'm up too early. i'm trying to sort through the other room and h is at work and I have no idea what all of our cords go to. today is finally the day we're going to bring all of our movies to the pawn shop and get them out of our house.. along with a karaoke machine, a printer.. and whatever else we can get rid of. at least we'll get a little money that we can put in our baby savings!

sarack, we had a lot of help!!

So we are finally completely moved. There were a few casualties, I decided that our old entertainment center and computer desks should go, and my in laws had a fun time demolishing them (literally). I am very sore today and think I overdid it, but everything is inboxes and done. It's super cute now, even pictures are up!

I am just off to church now, then picking up a co-sleeper a friend was giving away (along with a swing and baby bath) and then this afternoon a friend is coming over. I'll be doing nothing but laying on the couch then!!

I hope everyone stays dry out there today!!!

good morning! i have one more baby birthday party today..it's supposed to be at a park in this pouring rain....it's also near the tulips..and h and i planned on going to the tulip fields since we're already going to be up there, but i think we will skip it today bc of the weather. booo... stupid rain.

in other news, we had a potential renter tour the house yesterday, and they emailed us back saying they LOVE it, and want to rent it. what's even awesome-r is that they have dogs slightly over our "weight limit" and h and i agreed we would allow it if they paid a little more....so our "stretch goal" of our renting price, is now even higher. after we pay our mortgage with the rent money, we still have about $300 we're pocketing each month. score! let's just hope their background/credit check come back safe and sane.

Woohoo for being flexible on the doggies! We found a house we loved to rent a while back and they were okay with one big dog but not two. How much more could another 10 year old dog do that a 9 year old one wouldn't?! And yay for making money!

I've been up since 4 today. Woke up to pee (nightly ritual) and couldn't fall back asleep. So I've been watching law and order for the last 5 hours...

I kept thinking about the house we put an offer on yesterday. We're excited! Kind of a crazy turn of events the last couple days. We went to do an inspection on the house we liked a lot, which is reviewing offers tomorrow. When I went online to grab the address on redfin saw a house that was brand new on the market yesterday, that looked amazing. DH was like "we have to go see this". So we went. we loved it. We put in an offer on that. That offer expires tonight. EEEEK! Sounds like they're getting lots of interest on this house so I'm nervous that they will wait around to make a decision and let our offer expire. I hope they just take our offer and go. It's really strong and I wrote a completely sappy letter too...
