aside from your $$ compensation, what do you get? (sick days, vacation, 401k, medical/dental....) go into detail if you can (jury duty? bereavement? tuition reimbursement?)
we get 10 sick days a year, and depending on how long you've been with the company, somewhere around 10 days (under 5 yrs at company), i think h gets something like 13 days (5-10 yrs). my 401k i think is matched up to about 6%? medical and dental is pretty good coverage and i don't pay for any premiums. we get paid our regular rate for jury duty, and i think we get 3 days bereavement...but i'm not positive. the company website says we get it, but my h says it's not paid...so i'm not sure. tuition reimbursement is for select programs only, and you have to stay with the company for X amount of years (depends on the program) after you graduate. i don't know if they still do it, but you used to get 100 shares of company stock, too, if you got your masters. i think they discontinued that....but h got it a few years ago.
ETA: medical, dental, and vision are included, for you, your spouse, and your kids, all with no premiums.

But it's just mediocre Thai (Bahn Thai). Panera's new; we used to do Specialty's, which was tasty, but them their quality (with us) went downhill. I think they figured we were going to keep ordering no matter what, so they could get a little lazy. While I was on maternity leave, our admin. assistant switched to Panera.
The execs basically get a free catered meal every day. I've always found it funny that the more money a person makes, the more s/he gets for free.
really shitty health insurance (I am on msniq's) 401k with $0.50-per-$1.00 match, up until you've contributed 6% and they've contributed 3% 2 weeks paid parental leave on top of vacation/sick day (SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS ONE) free lunch on Wednesdays (usually it's from one of those pan-asian semi-fast restaurants downtown) free bagels on Thursdays new office has a full gym w/no fee, some classes available for free or cheap

We get PTO (which we can use for either vacation or sick days, they are synonymous) that build up over time, depending on if you're salary or hourly, EIB (extended illness bank, meaning after being gone for 3 consecutive days, you're no longer taking from PTO), we have a 401a (we're a state funded company), we have jury duty compensation, tuition reimbursement (for certain programs), bereavement... and I think that's it.

i'm technically salary.. but if i work more than 40, i get over time.

I forgot where you work, then realized it sounds awfully similar to my H's benefits. He's been there ten years, though, so he gets five weeks vacation.
These benefits sound just like what my H gets...I wonder if you work at the same company. Did you also at one point get free tickets to a theme park in CA/FL? And do most people hate the company?
7 paid holidays 24 hours of floating holiday up to 64 hours of flex time, depending on length of service. These hours can be paid out annually up to $1,000. 120 vacation hours for 5-9 years of service. 80 hours for less than 5 years. I think it caps out at 160 hours after 10 years. I pay $198 for medical, $25.54 for dental and $3.95 for vision, monthly for coverage for my daughter and I. We have really good coverage, our copay is $15 and prescriptions are about $10, usually. I forgot - we have tuition reimbursement up to $5,000/calendar year and it has to be towards a degree that can be used at the company. Jury duty pay is normal pay for up to two weeks. We get a bonus too, but there are various bonus plans for how they're structured and if they're paid out annually or quarterly.
