Our butcher sells petite tender steaks. They're awesome! I don't know exactly where the cut of meat comes from, but the butcher explained them as similar to filet mignon except a cheaper cut. We buy them all the time instead of filet now and can't tell much difference. I'm assuming a petite tender roast would be like a tenderloin roast...you could either, well, roast it , or cut it into individual steaks.
