Monday - mini pizzas for the kids. I had an egg salad sandwich. It was my first one in forever and it was so freaking good. I've been craving another all week.
Tuesday - fish and chips for the kids. I ate their leftovers and a few crackers.
Wednesday - happy meals since Carter has speech and we are getting home so late.
Thursday - I need to break in my new grill. We are having friends over on Sat and I need to practice. We have steaks and honey mustard chicken to practice on.
Friday - I am going to grill whatever I didn't grill the night before.
Saturday - grilling. Not sure what though. We need to decide what we are serving for this party.
How do I keep forgetting to post the Monday Menus thread?!?!
Food has been grab.what.you.can so far this week.
Tonight: Tilapia for the kids and I, J is juice fasting until Friday. Thursday: Turkey burgers w/ sweet potato wedges. Friday: Salmon w/ asparagus and quinoa.
Not a lot of exciting meals here now that I'm being strict with my diet.
