ditto this.

the ER doctors went straight to reproductive causes when I came in with intense pain and uncontrollable vomiting. their first hypothesis was ectopic pregnancy. after that was ruled out, we did a transvag ultrasound to look for ovarian torsion (twisted ovary). they found a cyst on my left ovary but said that couldn't be the reason for all of my pain and bloating (my belly was full of about 15lbs of fluid). FINALLY, we did the CT after that!
