Pore minimizer

Has anyone actually found a pore minimizing product that works? I have sensitive skin so I don't want to try too many different things and the nearest Sephora is several hours away, so I can't just hop in and ask for some advice/samples. If anyone has anything that's worked for them, I'd love to hear about it!

I've been really impressed with the new NARS illuminating setting powder. It's surprisingly awesome at controlling oiliness, and my face looks fantastically smooth even though I do have quite a few large pores from years of bad acne.

Hourglass mineral veil primer has really reduced my pores.

My pores have definitely become smaller since I started using:

1. A Clarisonic

2. A glycolic acid toner (I currently use the DDF one, but the Peter Thomas Roth one is good too)

I do love the deep clean that I get from my clarisonic, but it hasn't really done much for my pores. I know everyone keeps talking about that Hourglass primer, I might have to give that a try. I've been using Smashbox forever and I love it, but if that one is even better...
