restaurant rec near SFO - long working lunch

Long shot but hoping someone has a recommendation:

I'm meeting two interns in San Fran next week. I fly into SFO and they are driving in. They're a bit scared of driving in the big, bad city so I'd rather keep it within 20 min of the airport (not downtown).

It'll be a very long working lunch (somewhat quiet would be nice) and needs to have vegetarian options. Price isn't a big deal.

My ideal would seriously just be a Panera or something (internet and we can stay for 2 hours without annoying the staff too much) but I'd like something a bit nicer for them.

Anything?

Another vote for Burlingame - the downtown area is cute and not too hectic.

Tanforan mall just northwest of the airport, off 280 south, has some good options. It's super close and lots of parking
