Cooking School in Florence, Italy

Hi ladies,

Can one of you recommend a cooking school in Florence?  DH would be so excited if I could book this while we're in Italy.

I did one in Lucca, just outside, and loved it. Would that work? It was at a hotel, and since it was low season, I was the only tourist. I ended up in 2 classes, just because I happened to be there, and they invited me. One was full of local Italians just doing a casual class and the other was professional, with Japanese and Italian students. The instructors spoke English (and Japanese and it was a blast.

We took cooking classes here while we were in Florence and had a great time. The food was fantastic, they spoke English, and we were very happy with it. We got the recommendation from another couple we met while traveling, so word of mouth has been working well for them.

sushi, what was the name of the cooking school in Lucca?  We'll be there next month, and it sounds awesome!
