Thanks! It was so stressful! We only had a limited listing agreement with an agent, so I had to handle all the showings & offers. Omg. I'm still not calmed down about it.
The ABSOLUTE best part about it all was everyone who wanted it, did because it was modern. Everyone was so excited that it was different and cool.
We sold our last house in tract home suburbia and in a down market and we got what we wanted because our house was modern in a very traditional neighborhood. We were lucky to sell, many of our neighbors had a hard time. Congrats again.
The worst part? We are so broke we can't even go celebrate! BOOOOOOO!

So do they not have any inspection contingency? Or just that they either pay themselves or walk?
The way contract were revised really benefits the buyer. They now have this "due diligence" period were they can walk away for no reason and are only out $100. For us that period is 10 days (the time period to get it inspected).
