;D He's garnering delegates, and there was a bit online today that, based on a prior RNC ruling, delegates will become essentially unbound at the convention. Plus the Paulers have gotten more savvy since last cycle, and have worked to get into key party positions in their respective states. In short: it ain't over 'til the fat Rascal lady sings, y'all.
