Is Kiehl's Lip Balm drying on your lips?

My balm/chapsticks have a reverse effect. While they feel good going on, my lips seem to need re-application all.the.time. I feel like my lips were "addicted" to balms since it needed re-applications so often. I *think* it is form the petrolatum ingredient that makes it so drying on my lips?

I've been using EOS based on many Nestie reviews, but I feel like it isn't as moisturizing as I want it to be (though I don't have to apply it as often as other balms I'd tried in the past).

Products tried (and didn't work out)- Chapstick, Carmex, Blistex, Soft Lips (like this one, but didn't love it), Aquaphor, Vaseline.

How is Kiehl's lip balm for others?

Kiehls lip balm #1 is my favorite lip balm ever! I agree that the others are drying and addictive. Its worth the price. You won't regret trying it!

I wish I didn't have to use my finger to apply it, but beggars can't be choosers, right? lol.
