What's everyone up to this weekend?

Tonight is still up in the air. I need to make sure Liam's rescue t-shirt is clean for tomorrow.

Tomorrow, big event with the rescue, Liam will be helping out in the morning while DH mows the lawn. Tomorrow night Zoo Brew which is full of beer samples and lots of fun.

Sunday morning, I'm cleaning the office and then probably my house. Sometime we need to pick up Liam from SM's house.

D. and I were supposed to go to dinner and a movie while my parents watched the baby, but D. is sick (and being stubborn about going to the hospital for a breathing treatment), so . . . probably nothing.

Yup. And it always ends the same way. He gets sick. It settles in his chest. Aggravates his asthma. He either can't find or doesn't have an inhaler. Thinks if he sticks it out, it will go away. Ends up in E.R. for a breathing treatment.

Drives me NUTS that he doesn't keep an inhaler around. He thinks that if he keeps one around, he'll *think* he needs to use when he actually doesn't. I don't get it.

Tonight: family wedding on the other side of the state. L is staying the night at my mom and stepdad's. She woke up this morning, "spend night Gramma Poppa Dale's?!" I have to keep telling her that we have to wait for Daddy to get home from work first. Then we get to drive 3 hours away, and hopefully leave early enough that we make it home before 1am

Tomorrow: Graduation open house for a girl I used to babysit. She has grown up into a wonderful young woman, and I'm excited to celebrate with her. Just not happy that she's going to school in South Dakota!! Also going to hang out with one of my besties for a couple hours and catch up with her before she moves to Ann Arbor.

Sunday: Hanging out with my sister!! WOOT!

Penny is getting spayed today, so I pick her up from the vets at 3:45 and we'll probably go home and relax for the evening. DH has been out of town all week and is finally back, so I'm sure we'll just hang out together tonight.

Tomorrow: MIL is coming to town to go to Ikea! I'm really excited to go!

Sunday: Hopefully just relaxing!

Welder's and Kzoom - sound like you both have fun weekends ahead of you

We're going to be shopping for new (hardwood) floors to install in our rental! Our landlords gave us permission to tear out the yucky carpet and put in engineered hardwood or high-end laminate, so tomorrow is a trip to lumber liquidators.

Tonight: Flyball practice if the rain holds off

Tomorrow: Belmont Stakes. No more possible Triple Crown, but should be a fun day with friends

Sunday: long run, chores, relaxing

Tonight: Soup, breadsticks, and a bottle of wine (after the little guy goes to sleep)

Tomorrow: Birthday extravaganza! My mom's coming down at 9am to watch the baby for the day while DH takes me out for a day of surprises. All I know is we're going to see MIB3 in the fancy theater where they bring you food and drinks to your reclining leather seats. Then we're doing dinner at a gastropub.

Sunday: errands and if it's warm enough, a pool day.

Tonight ordering pizza and watching a movie, tomorrow pool, and Sunday I might just stay home.

Today we both took the day off and DH took me to the antique auto museum and the Melting Pot to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect.
Tomorrow we're attending a wedding for one of my many cousins and Sunday we're hitting the bay with my in-laws.

We're trying a new pet sitter this weekend since we'll be gone for long periods. She's a co-worker of mine and I've watched her dog and cats before. Hoping things go well! It would be so much nicer if we didn't have to kennel B every time we go to the bay. (He's not allowed on the in-laws boat or in restaurants.)

Dropped the dogs off at the vet for boarding. DH's best friend is getting married this weekend, so I'm here, being super bored. I know like, three people here, and being social around people I don't know is exhausting. lol

I'm already ready to be home, cuddled up with the pups.
