I dont know if it was thanks to CIO for going to sleep (took 3 nights) but now her morning naps are averaging 1.5 hrs ! She is in a better mood afterwards too. And, STTN is coming. She wakes once, I go in and shush her and then she lasts til 5 am, eats and goes right back to sleep until 6/630
That was our experience with DS. Once he learned to self-soothe, his naps became longer and more consistent, and he was STTN. His personality was that of a different kid, b/c he was finally getting the sleep he needed!
I found that our naps lengthened as soon as I took M out of the sleep sack and he was able to roll around and get into a comfy position which is typically on his side or tummy.

I found this too (although DS just rolls around in his sleep sack)
She cried less than 15-20 minutes the first 2 nights and 5-10 min the third night. I am mean. I didnt even worry about her. She hates her tummy. She has woke up twice in the middle of the night freaking out becaause she is stuck kn her belly (cant roll over because she is in the corner etc)
