Monday: J said she wants to go to Red Lobster, maybe a date? Homemade pizza for the kids and tilapia and veggies for the adults if we don't go out. Tuesday: Tofu stirfry Wednesday: Turkey burgers and artichokes Thursday: Salmon and orzo Friday: Not sure
Tacos Minestrone soup Pea and pesto pasta Spinach pies Fri-leftovers or pizza Sat- we are going to L's moms two hours away. We were going to go to an arcade pizza place, then she wants us to come to her house for dessert. Now, we are switching the order, but she declared, we will eat ice cream first at her house (after two +) hours in the car, then pizza. Oh yes, my kids are going to have awesome behavior
Sunday - grilled terryaki steaks with roasted cauliflower and spinach salad. Monday - grilled Italian marinated chicken with grilled zucchini/onions Tuesday - I am going out. L is on her own! Wednesday - L is out and the kids have a late t-ball practice. Probably fast food. Thursday - grilled honey mustard pork chops and spinach salad Friday - L is at a conference and I am taking the kids to the dentist, so I'll take them to dinner after. Saturday - We have a dinner for L's work, the kids and the sitter will have pizza. Sunday - grilled sliders and grilled corn on the cob (if I get to the grocery store.)
See a theme? I do so much better cooking when I can do it on the grill!

We have on deck chicken curry, italian ground beef with peppers, taco meat served over sweet potatoes, grilled chicken with pesto, morroccon meatballs with eggs on top, and organic sausages.

LOL. Did you read mine? L doesn't eat carbs at all (no potatoes, rice, cous cous, bread, pasta...) so I don't make it for dinner. I will get buns for the sliders for the kids and me and will get another veggie since L won't eat corn (starchy vegetable.)

Last night we were out and about, so it was Subway. I don't know what we're doing tonight. I think I might try to convince her that we should make pita pizzas on the grill. Wednesday she's got some meeting for her dart league and I think it's early, so we'll probably be on our own. Something easy. Thursday we're going OOT, her uncle is visiting from Norway so we're having a big family GTG and dinner. Friday I think we'll still be OOT, so dinner with her family whatever it is. Satuday will be hot dogs at a hockey game. Sunday I have no idea. If I can't convince her to do the grilled pita pizzas tonight I'll probably try for then, but I think we're supposed to get rain.

Ha, well, yours definitely comes closer to Whole 30 than my usual diet. Carbs are magical, L is missing out.

I forgot we're going out of town on Friday, and I needed to hit the Peapod minimum, so I bought way too much food. Last night we had leftover curry from the freezer, and I bought groceries for four meals:
Rice fried vegetables (fried rice w/ veggie/rice proportions switched) Cuban style black beans and rice Chicken cooked with apples Brown rice pasta with asparagus and eggs
