My bare minimum is undereye concealer, loose powder over it, mascara, and a clear or sheer gloss. And in recent years I've been swiping tinted moisturizer or BB cream over my cheeks for a more even look. If I didn't have stupid dark circles, I would just do TM or BB cream all over, and mascara.
I don't really have any time saving tricks. If I'm in a big rush, I'll do other things between coats of mascara, like brushing my hair, putting on my shoes, or whatever.
My in a rush but still need to look presentable at work routine:
Origins Vitazing - then do my hair except my bangs while it soaks in, since it is moisturizer after all - Garnier undereye roller thing (tinted), Sephora matte powder foundation applied with a big fluffy brush to set, UD primer in Sin (shimmery champagne color) on my eyes, blush (Tarte Adored), mascara (CG Clump Crusher in Very Black), lip balm. I have that down to about 6 minutes, minus the hair time.
My have to run errands and DH is waiting for me and getting impatient is the same, minus the eye primer and blush, with my hair up and bangs blown out.
I wish, LOL. Don't get me wrong, I have little qualms about running some errands without makeup, or taking the dog out or whatever, but if I am going out out, there is a bare minimum I must apply. DH took a picture of me on Sunday without makeup, while I was on the couch cuddling the dog, and I was like erase that right now! He made it his cell phone background picture.
I keep a bag in my purse with concealor, blush, mascara, eyeshadow pencil, and eyeliner. No make-up days for work I will moisturize and then use any portion of that bag at work.
Weekends I will use at least concealor before going somewhere. My dark circles are bad.
Tinted moisturizer, mascara, and lip gloss. I am using VitaZing right now, but I don't love it. I'll probably go back to Laura Mercier TM when this tube is empty.

I'm looking for a TM or BB cream that works for me. Vitazing is too sheer and also a bit too orange for my complexion. I need something that evens out my complexion, and then some concealer that matches my skin tone well. Almost everything I try is too yellow/orange or too beige/grey.
My ideal quick routine would be TM/BB, concealer (I have horrible acne), mascara, and lipgloss. I love the Lumene BB cream, but it's a bit too orange for me in winter. It'll be great for summer.

Do you have pink undertones?
I am pale-ish with pink undertones and like Clinique. Their Perfectly Real foundation in shade 2 is a great match for my skin and I think the coverage is medium-ish. I know they make a BB cream.

Yeah, pink undertones. Apprently you, me, and carrots are the only ones out there, because it's hard to find products and when I find a product I like, it gets discontinued.
I haven't tried Clinique for face in a long time - maybe I'll give it another try!
For a Saturday or Sunday when I will mostly be home, or run an errand or two, it's plain moisturizer and a swipe of mascara. I have blonde eyelashes, so I feel like they need something.
One step above is mascara and chapstick. Next step above is mascara, Tart tinted moisturizer, and chapstick. And then there's my full on makeup of mascara, eyeshadow, mascara, tinted moisturizer, lipgloss or lipstick.
Since the thread is still going and I'm wearing little makeup I thought I'd pip.
Pur minerals cc cream, maybelline finishing powder, Revlon highlighter, stila lip glaze, maybelline mascara.
I have pink undertones and no difficulty finding foundation, bb, tm, etc. Ones that work great for me - Clinique bb shade 1, pur minerals cc in light, Revlon photo ready foundation in shell, cover girl foundations in ivory or classic ivory (I forget which one)
Toner, moisturizer, concealer, under-eye brightener, mascara, lip gloss. I have melasma, so I have to cover up the dark patches. Otherwise, I wouldn't do the concealer/brightener.
I always wear some kind of foundation or TM--with my skin, it's a non-negotiable. If I really want to cut down on prep time I usually just swipe on a sheer pink or taupe eyeshadow, a quick wash of Bobbi Brown Antigua, whatever lipstick works best with my other makeup and outfit, and call it good. Eyeliner and mascara are both disposable when I need or want a simplified look.
