My only rule is that you are not allowed to jump ship when you get your bfps! We might need to have a grad check in or something but I will miss everyone otherwise.

Wow I didn't realize how many of us are having them done now! Mine isn't until May. I just O'd monday on my own so assuming this cycle isn't it I'll start the process when AF comes. I'm anxious to get started. And excited to have the pressure of timed sex taken away.

TMI:
But last night was the best sex we have had in a long time, because the pressure to time it right wasnt a big deal anymore. It was nice!

Oh I've noticed the last couple months (since I stopped taking meds to ovulate) that it's improved I'm finally not thinking "jeez just get your swimmers in me already!"
I couldn't wait another day to test. BFN on 14dpo and spotting IUI #2 was another fail. On to IUI #3....
And I got a red light camera ticket today. Any advice on how to fight it? I swear I was in the intersection while it was yellow, and that greedy camera took my pic a second too early. I will fight this thing to the death.
Oh no jewel - what a shitty day - ticket and bfn. So sorry to hear that. Will you be doing the same meds on your next IUI or changing it up?
Do you have X-copper where you are? They fight tickets for you.
Same meds, I would assume. I'm on 100mg of Clomid. There aren't any problems with egg production or ovulation, just not enough moving sperm to get there. The doctor doesn't actually expect that any attempts at IUI will work (he gave us a 5-7% chance), so this is really just a hail mary effort before moving on to IVF/ICSI. I'll probably try 3 more cycles. Maybe fewer, if I get too antsy.
I'm in California. I found a few companies that will fight it for you, with a money back guarantee if they lose. I'll probably try that - it's $250 to have them do it, vs. $497 for the ticket plus traffic school fees. Ugh.

That sucks on both counts! I'm so sorry. I got PG with DD on my 2nd IUI and I foolishly expected the same thing to happen this time around. Ha! I thought I was jaded, but actually I was naïve.
Good for you for fighting the BS red light camera ticket! I got one recently and was annoyed, but my ticket was only $50. I would be flipping the hell out if it was as expensive as yours. Go get those bastards!!

Hugs to you jewel. I hope you can get the red light ticket dismissed, they are such BS. A city here actually banned them after someone died after being pushed into the intersection from behind because he stopped so short to avoid the red light ticket. I think they do more harm than good.
