I have decided on a Uppababy vista stroller. Now the accessories, what do I need? Parent organizer? Cup holder? Travel bag? Etc?
Is there a specific diaper type bag that will work with this stroller? I registered for the mommy hooks (I think that is the name) so we can leave the basket at the bottom for other things.
Background on me...we will be living in central Amsterdam, won't have a car...so essentially this stroller will be my everything.

I got the cup holder and I really appreciate it (I actually got the new one that goes with the Cruz, it fits both and I like it better than the Vista design). I heard bad reviews about the parent organizer. I just through my diaper bag in the giant basket so no help there (it fits the diaper bag and much much more).
You can buy a car seat adaptor for most US car seats for the vista. I am not sure if it works for European Car Seats (assuming that is what you are buying) but I hear Vista's customer service is awesome so you could always ask them (or if there is a VistaBaby euro site they probably have the info).
Anyway, we never used the car seat adaptor. I personally don't like the baby to be in the car seat out of the car so I always wore him for air travel (we checked the car seat).

We don't have any extras at this time. We never used a snap and go either. I was not thrilled about the idea of keeping DD in her carseat when not in the car. She often hated being in her carseat, so even if I wanted to use a snap and go I probably would not have since she would have been crying/upset.
We had the Peg Perego infant car seat and the attachment to snap into the Vista. I believe Peg Perego is available in all of Europe so this should be an option for you. I heard bad reviews about the cup holder and organizer so I bought something called a Jolly Jumper stroller caddy instead. It is fantastic and works great. We've used it since day one without issues. We also have the Vista snack tray and the stroller bag. Both work well and are worth the money IMO.
A Snap N Go is to be used with an infant carseat. Since you don't have a car, will you have a carseat? If you will have a carseat, just get the adapter abar for the UBV. If you are concerned about a stroller for travel, I'd look for something like the Baby Jogger City Mini GT, mainly because it's not huge, has the awesome one-hand fold that would be great for getting on and off trains quickly, and will last for several years. I think it would be awkward to travel through Europe with UBV.
No need for a special diaper bag. Most seem to have straps (mine does) that will allow you to attach it to the handles. In fact, I can attach mine then scoot it down closer to the basket but still not in my way when walking. I have the Kate Spade Stevie. I have a Mommy Hook but that's to hang a shopping bag or something off the back that I don't want to crush in the basket.

Yeah we won't have a car seat. I didn't realize the snap and go was to be used with a car seat.
I did hear that the parent organizer sucked, but I wasn't sure if there was another non-uppababy model that was better. I can see myself using that alot as the stroller will be my primary vechicle
