My cheap cuisinart has served me well for over five years. But I need a new food processor. The lid is leaky so gets flour everywhere, its too small and sounds kindof scary now. This time i want a large bowl, one that can fit enough for a double crust pie. (So it would fit 3cups of flour and some other things)

I have the Kitchen aid food processor, but I know it is not cheap. I have had it for over 8 years now and it is still as good as the day I bought it....just sayin
I think the Cuisinart is the classic for a reason. I have had the 14 cup for 10+ years, and use it constantly, and it is still in perfect condition. Lots of pie crusts have been made in it, too It is this one: www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-505479/Cuisinart-Food-Processor

I think I have that one too. We also have a kitchen aid one (kosher reasons for having two) that was around $150
I just looked up the blender processor combo I have and mine is a 3 cup processor. So I feel like isn't a 11 or 12 cup going to be an enormous machine?! I think I need to go look at these in a store before I buy one!
I just found the one charlielove has on amazon for 110 which seems like a bargain, but it says it weighs 17lbs! Holy shiz
