Today we we walking around town and there was a new medieval metals store. So I made MH go in and look around with me (while he was wearing V). There were a pair of scissors that cam in a sheath that were made to look like a medieval sword. I told him that I wanted those for Mother's Day.

I don't know what I'm drinking I'm at the beach with my parents and my dad didn't brink the vodka (I forgot he's a seasonal drinker: Labor Day- Memorial Day= Jack D, Memorial Day-Labor Day= Vodka tonics). I'm hoping mom gets some wine. I am perfectly able to go to the store and get something, but I'm too tired and lazy.

Someone said those Bud Light Lime-a-Rita drinks are pretty good. I picked one up and it got bonus points for coming in a klassy tall boy can. I don't know if I will drink tonight since I drank too much last night.

They did have chainmail! I'm not sure if it was real, though. It was only $100 and I think that real chainmail is much more expensive. And by real, I mean the kind that you can wear while sword-fighting.

The bearded shop owner mentioned something about an organization with the acronym CSA. MH knew what he was talking about. I'm going to look it up. I think that it's people who reenact medieval times and have lords and ladies.
