I can't believe all this rain we're getting. I know it's rainy season, but I don't recall 5 straight days of rain before.

Doesn't it normally just rain for a few hours in the afternoon?

I said the same thing. I've had more than enough of it and do has my bank account. Rain = shopping.

It's okay for me right now because rain=cooler building at work. It was only 87 Degrees all week. One more week to go, plus one day of labor and we'll have A/C again.

Heeey I figured it out! Now to do it from my phone, that's another story. But seriously, it was 84 in the bar last night so we opened up all the coolers. At least our ankles were comfortable...

Those who can work from home are working from home - right now, our dress code is super relaxed. Bermuda length shorts and reasonable tank tops. We also have mobile A/C units but they aren;t doin shit, especially since there has been a lot of A/C Kidnapping going on.

I asked my boss about working from home, but since almost all my resources are at the office, I have a low/no possibility of telecommuting. Actually, no one in the finance dept. can work from home, so at least I'm sweating it out with the other three in my dept.
