Gun strollers? That's pretty damn lazy. My dad has shot trap guns for years and years, the guys just, you know, CARRY THEM.

That's better than my original thought, which was that it was a stroller for babies made out of guns. I headtilted my already-tilted head. Then I realized it's probably ammo in the bottom there, and, "Oh, it's a stroller FOR guns, not OF guns" actually made sense. Yuck.
As a fundraiser I will say that swag bags can be a touchy subject. It could very well be that all of those items were donated and donated from companies that don't do cash sponsorship or who do. I always give my sponsors an opportunity to give away a product. It's their dime and it's a nice little gift for the guest. If all of the products were bought though then the side-eye is justified.
Whoever supplied all this was most likely a company that is sponsoring the event. It's a win win for them because they loan out their supplies for the day for a good cause and it gets their name out there at the same time. This most likely isn't robbing the kids of their money, dont worry The dinner could be donated food or a catering service that is also trying to get their name out there, or they could have a relationship or partnership with whoever is actually putting on the fundraiser. These things are really all about networking.
