Overwhelmed with info!

We had our first consultation with the RE yesterday and I think it went well, but holy shit, we had a lot of information thrown our way.  I had blood work and and an ultrasound yesterday and MH did his SA.  I was on CD6 of my cycle, so I am also getting an HSG and SHG on Friday.  Ugh, nervous. 

Anyway, I'm just looking at the summary sheet they gave me and am getting confused.  These items are checked off under "MD Order" and then checked off for "Today"

Baseline Bloods
Day 2-4 Baseline BLDS
Baseline U/S
Day 2-4 Baseline U/S
Preconceptions
AMH
PCO Panel

I guess my question is, I know I got the baseline blood work and U/S done yesterday, but those are different from the day 2-4 baseline blood work and ultrasound, correct?  I was on CD6 so I can't figure out why it was checked off as having been tested yesterday.  I will have to call about that.

Oh, I guess this will also double as my intro thread.  Hi everyone   MH and I are both 30 and have been TTC since around August.  I went to the RE with some concerns and he agreed that we needed to check some things out, so...  here we are!

I'm not sure about the the summary sheet they gave you, it sounds like calling them is a good idea.
