Last night's episode was really good. I'm glad that Elizabeth asked Phillip to move back in but I'm sad she got shot. I was also glad that they were able to get away. I don't know if it makes me a bad person that I'm rooting for the Russian spies, lol.
I think next season, their daughter is going to become more suspicious of them and may even find out they are spies. I'm also curious to see how the Nina and the FBI guy end up. also, Clark's, aka Phillip, "marriage" to Martha should be interesting to see how that plays out next season. I really find Martha quite annoying for some reason though.
When the show first came on I was a little confused with all of the different Russian people and how they were all involved but I think they did a good job throughout the season making things more clear. I'm looking forward to the next season.
It thrilled me that Elizabeth spoke Russian last night. It was awful that she got shot, but Phillip's dedications to her is awesome. (Did you know he's British in real life? Accent and everything! I never would have guessed.). I feel like it's playing with fire having the Beemans watch their kids. Stan has already snooped in the house once and now Paige is suspicious that something is off.
I love that Nina is playing Stan now, but I feel terrible for Stan's wife.
I actually feel really badly for Martha. She really does love Clark. I think Clark/Phillip has acted out some of his "happy marriage" fantasies with her, which makes it that much sadder.
Granny saved Elizabeth, despite Elizabeth's continual bashing of her. Game would be over for Elizabeth and Phillip if Granny hadn't stepped in. I hope they keep Granny around. I like her.
I can't wait for season 2. I might re-watch season 1, lol.

DH and I really like this show. We just watched the last two episodes of the season on Sunday when we got home from vacation. The interaction between Granny and Elizabeth is one of the best parts of the show.
