I'm really excited for Mother's Day

I bought myself a spa day.  We're going for fancy brunch in the morning, and then I have a massage and facial, and then a nap.
I can't decide what to do with the afternoon...I guess I could spend time with my kids.  Lol.

I am getting a hand stamped necklace that I want from etsy.
I am going to visit my mom on Saturday, and my niece's birthday party is on Mother's day, so H said that the next weekend we will go to the zoo, or whatever I want to do as a family. So I am looking forward to 2 nice weekends in a row!

Go to a movie or something in the afternoon! I have no mother's day plans, but my mom will be in town. After church and brunch we'll probably go see Gatsby. Wee!

I really should take a cue from you and plan something for myself b/c I don't have any plans yet...

BUT! DS was mumbling something yesterday about "there's a surprise...it's pretty...mommy's rings are pretty! Like that one!" and then he pointed to my wedding rings.

He's officially known as the worst secret keeper ever, so...maybe there's a plan involving jewelry that I don't know about, lol? Not getting my hopes up, though. DS totally blew the birthday surprise DH planned for me this winter, so I can't imagine he would've let the little guy in on anything Mother's Day related. Hrmph.

My H would try, but it would be something all random, like a digital frame or something (real example, lol).  So this way I get exactly what I want!  I highly recommend it.  No disappointed post on Monday that way.

We are dedicating DS that day so I will be hosting after church coffee at church. So basically what I always do, yeah me!
I did however purchase myself gifts and I might wrap them and tell H to buy cards and randomly place them on the gifts.
