Suggestions for dessert platter?

My cousin is throwing a roast for her dad. I offered to make a dessert platter.

There will be at least 60 people there (she's still waiting for 30 more RSVPs).

I want to do a variety of bite-sized desserts. Mini cheesecakes are a huge hit in my family, so I'll include those, any other suggestions? I want some chocolate, some fruit, etc.

Mini-muffins/cupcakes, maybe some plain chocolate chip cookies if there will be small, picky children, strawberries stuffed with cheesecake mixture.

You could also do cake balls or cookie truffles pretty easily. Mini whoopie pies would also be cute.

Dessert platters can often come off looking very brown, if you're not careful. So whatever you choose, I'd scatter some berries and maybe some mint leaves over the top to add some color.

I did a post with all mini desserts including recipes.

Good mini desserts are mini cheesecakes, mini cupcakes, mini brownies, mini shot glass shooters (I've done strawberry shortcakes and key lime pies), mini fruit tarts.
