I read something a while ago that said the O blood types are going to disappear at some point. I guess when an A (or B) type has a baby with an O, then baby is almost always type A. I wish I knew the source of that because it was really interesting.
ETA: That ^ is wrong. I'm looking for the source, but now that I've thought about it I know I have it wrong.

Doesn't look like it according to numbers. The O type is by far the biggest blood type.

Me too because Gregor Mendel is spinning in his grave and I'm drawing ragey Punnett squares!
For Science: My Mom and sister are on the blood type diet plan. Mom lost 15 lbs and sister lost 5 lbs. Sister only had that to lose. Mom has stalled out and is probably 30 lbs to go.
Whoa! Excellent. Do they feel better, emotionally, etc? I can't lose weight, I need to gain, so I'll probably double-up on some meals. I don't want to have a Chris Farley SNL Da Bears!-style attack, so I'll ease into the meat.
Both of them say they feel more energized. My Sister says she has less mood swings, headaches, and stomach issues. She has some autoimmune disease stuff going on and is O blood type. I don't remember if it is + or -.

Glad they feel a bit better. Hope your sister's autoimmune stuff isn't too bad.
She doing good. Avoiding all processed foods has helped immensely.

O+ in the house :-)
Oh! And I'm not "great" with dairy, but not terrible. I can't really drink milk, but cheese is usually fine? I don't have the other issues that seem to come hand in hand with the dairy intolerance or dairy allergy, so who knows?

My mom, two sisters and I are all O neg. We're all lactose intolerant (though since getting pregnant I've been able to handle it), my mom is allergic to wheat, one sister is allergic to soy, my other sister is bothered by everything (hives from wheat and her stomach is bothered easily), and I am egg intolerant.

I'm pretty sure I'm A- but it could be positive. DH is O something.
This pretty much sucks diet wise, because we would have to eat separately for all meals, except for the veggies and fruit. Though, reading the link you posted, the exercise portion is completely like us. DH is a runner and feels better when he goes all out for an hour while I have to work out in 30 min intervals at a slower pace and I have to stretch and decompress after my workout.
I'm O+. I have no issues with dairy and I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, which is completely wrong if you follow the bloo type diet.
And you feel good and you're not on medication?
I feel like writing this dude. Stealing money from people.
No meds, feel great, going on 10 years now. I actually went from veg to pescatarian a couple of years ago for a year, and didn't feel any different, so I went back to veg.
