Breakfast - Typically a protein shake with frozen berries, 1/2 a banana and flax seed.
1st snack - Boiled egg, 1/2 avocado and 1/2 cup fresh carrots.
Lunch - Romaine, 3 oz chicken, other 1/2 of the avocado, lite champagne vinagrette dressing.
2nd Snack - Oatmeal / same as first snack / or a protein shake
Dinner - Typically something from Skinnytaste or a protein with a huge amount of veggies and small amount of carbs.
Dessert - Frozen mango or blueberries
Currently I am carb cycling to jump start my metabolism and it is really working for me. I follow the meal plans off of the Vemma Bode app. I don't use their products though, I just eat my own food and skip their cleanses, etc.. I find that having low carb, high carb and cheat days really helps me not over eat and keeps my metabolism moving. I also aim for 30 minutes of some activity each day.
