It's looking like a potential clot in my leg. They just called with the blood test results. If I have any more chest pain I have to go the ER stat. If things remain stable overnight then I have an ultrasound on my leg in the morning. JFC I cannot catch a break with things Seriously.

You and I need communal hair pets. For realsies. Life is an unapologetic cunt as of late (hug2)
Medically this isn't making sense, they think you have a clot but are ok with waiting until tomorrow for the US? If I were you my ass would be at the nearest ER. I'm not trying to be alarmist but that's just not something I'd wait around for. I'm sorry:( Please keep us updated.
I don't know the backstory, but I'm agreeing with this. A good friend of mine is dealing with a blood clot in her leg right now, after spending a few weeks in a boot due to a stress fracture in her foot. Her doctors sort of puttered around for a few days about telling her to go to the ER. When they finally said she should probably go, she hightailed it over there. And the doctors & nurses in the ER said she's lucky she came in when she did.
My sister is an MA, and said her in office, the moment they suspect a clot, they send their patients to the ER. They don't wait around. It's definitely better to be safe than sorry.
I hope everything's okay & you're on the mend soon.
Thanks guys. I have had unexplained swelling in my legs before and the same scan during my third pregnancy. I am a little more concerned this time since the blood test is showing a positive result, if things get worse though I will be going to the ER when my H gets home.
Dude, riversong. Do not play with blood clots. Go to ER! Plus I have to imagine you're not going to be able to focus on anything else with this on your mind until it's resolved.

I would go to the ER also. My grandma has had clots. It can take awhile to get all the stuff figured out. The sooner you go in, the sooner they can fix it.
