This is sort of a spin off of miso's earlier thread. In my experience, when women engage in stereotypical things that take time and attention they are considered high maintenance. When men do they are either considered normal or low maintenance.
For example: If you have couple and the woman needs half an hour to get ready to go out to eat on Saturday night or wants to spend Sunday morning shopping, she's high maintenance. But if the guy blocks off 7 hours the weekend when he needs to be home in front of the tv watching baseball, not high maintenance. Or everything stops so he can work on cars, or his boat, whatever. Both are high maintenance in my book.

When I hear "high maintenance", I think of someone requires constant attention and drama. This can apply to both men and women, but I suppose I've known more women who fit the profile.
None of what you described would rate as high maintenance in my book.
