We are starting the bedroom and nursery renovation. Hopefully all goes smoothly and it doesn't take more than 5 weeks. Haha.

Good luck! FIL helped us tear out an extraneous wall between our front room and stairwell. It took 8 weeks instead of the 4 he indicated. FIL is awesome at the work he does, but super slow. I just got done cleaning up from the construction mess two days ago. I'm due Sunday. A bit stressful, but now it looks so nice I'm happy we went through with it when we did, even though I thought it would never get done.

Not really. It will be greyish and pink. I have a butterfly mobile and some other butterfly and flower type decor things. So I'm kinda going with that. 

Im hoping the main theme is "done". Lol.
