From her post about why she started the new fitness regimen:
I started to change my diet and exercise 10 weeks ago because my husband and I booked a cruise. I wanted to look and feel confident in my swim suit while I was on the cruise and that was my purpose for working out and eating clean.

I'm sad for her that she doesn't see how phenomenal she looked in a swimsuit in her "before" pics.

I just find it weird that she works out so much and her calf muscles are nonexistent. I'm not snarking and I don't think anyone else is, they a just stating what they see. Plus, you put yourself out there like this chick, what in the world does she think is going to happen? People are going to notice her body,it is after all a fitness blog.

I don't know the exact age but she got pregnant with her first son before marriage and married the baby's father. She has an entry about it on her blog and I think the way she shares her story is very real and I admire it.
