So thankful for a baby who has slept through the night the last 3 nights. I still wake up to pump but it is quick and I am back to sleep right away.
Thankful for a husband who I feel so compatible with. We are taking DS to child care at the gym Saturday morning so we can have a "date" at spin class and coffee after. I'm already really looking forward to it!
Even though i can only run slowly, and for short periods of time, im thankful cor it not hurting when i do run. Im also.thankful (to myself,i guess lol) that i was able to figure out how to train for a marathon while only increasing mileage 10% a week.
I'm thankful for my husband: Yesterday he told me as I was leaving for work, "Don't worry about picking up the baby (usually my job), I'll get her. You go work out." He didn't realize that I had already gotten up and ran. He knows I've been struggling the past couple of weeks.

I need these deets! When is your marathon?
Ditto!
I need a thankful post today! Whew!
I am thankful I officially have a place booked for vacation!
Panera. We JUST started getting them down here-I missed Panera so much for the past 3.5 years. H is picking some up for dinner on his way home from work today since he has to go run errands outside of town. Woo hoo!
I'm thankful for my husband who supports me by staying with my son and taking him out to do fun things (like Disneyland trips) while I'm out on my long weekend runs.
I'm also thankful for my son, because I'm more motivated to stay healthy and in shape knowing that I'm helping him develop good habits for his future (not to mention, I need to keep in shape to keep up with him!)
Finally, I'm thankful for where I live, because this morning I ran on a tree lined trail instead of a crowded street.
I'm thankful that I will be unemployed as of tomorrow afternoon....and that I start a new job in a few weeks. It's a bit of a different direction for my career, and I'm looking forward to it.

Sunday is Mothers' Day, and also our 6th wedding anniversary, so this week I'm feeling thankful for my son and my wife, for both of us taking Monday off work, and for ILs who are taking the boy for a couple of days early next week so they can take him to see a Sesame Street show and give us some needed adult time alone.
I am thankful for my wonderful husband who surprised me today with a date night for Mother's Day. He even got the babysitter already. Come Saturday night, I will be eating a meal sans kiddos.
