I went to some when DS was a newborn. Lots of people brought strollers and either sat in the first row of the staidum style seats (so the stroller was below them) or left the stroller on the side and held the baby. I just carried DS in and nursed him until he fell asleep.
I'm going to be a debbie downer a bit here, but I would think about or consider at least getting something for the baby's ears. Movies are so incredibly loud these days.

At the stars and strollers screenings the volume is set lower than normal so no worries about babies ears.

Gotta say- there is a difference between "stars and strollers screenings" and "Stars and Strollers screenings". I thought you were asking about the etiquette of taking a stroller to a movie, and was confused about the stars part.
